These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Maximus platform and services provided by Anomalist Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, completing our intake form, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Anomalist Enterprise LLC provides AI-powered content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement-analytics services through the Maximus platform. The Service may integrate with third-party social-media platforms (including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads) that you explicitly connect.

When you connect a social account, you authorize us to act on your behalf within the scope of the permissions you grant. Specifically for Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts), the scopes we request include publishing content, reading posts and engagement metrics, and listing Pages you manage. We access only the specific accounts you authorize and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect any account at any time from the Connections tab in your dashboard, or revoke our access from the social platform directly. Upon disconnection, we immediately delete stored access tokens and cease publishing or reading data from that account.
All content produced by Maximus for your business is owned by you upon delivery. You may use, modify, and distribute delivered content freely. We retain a non-exclusive right to reference our work with your business in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
New clients receive their first week of content at no charge after completing the onboarding intake form. The free trial includes the content types and quantities selected during onboarding. After the trial period, standard pricing applies as outlined in your selected package.
Pricing is based on the content package you select. Estimates on our website are approximate; final pricing is confirmed during onboarding. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing frequency you agreed to. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Past-due balances may result in pausing content delivery.
Content produced by Maximus is generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not match your intent. You are responsible for reviewing all content before it is published. If you opt in to automated publishing, you accept that content posted automatically may occasionally need correction after-the-fact. We are not liable for consequences arising from content you publish without review.
You will not use the Service to:
Competitive intelligence reports are generated from publicly available information. We do not access private or proprietary data belonging to your competitors. Reports are provided for informational and strategic purposes only.
Either party may terminate services with 14 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, any connected platform's terms, or applicable law. Upon termination, we will deliver any outstanding content and delete your profile, content, analytics snapshots, and social tokens within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain some records. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless otherwise agreed.
Our Service operates through APIs provided by third-party platforms (including Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) whose availability, behavior, and policies may change without notice. We are not responsible for outages, rate-limit changes, or policy enforcement actions taken by those platforms against your accounts. Your relationship with each platform is governed by that platform's own terms of service, which you must comply with.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anomalist Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or content. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You agree to indemnify and hold Anomalist Enterprise LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any platform's terms of service or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Indiana, where Anomalist Enterprise LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
